We are a local conservation and amenity group founded in 1985 to protect and represent the interests of residents and businesses in the "village" of ancient westminster (originally "thorney island"). In 1994 the society adopted the activities of the friends of st james's park and the green park. We maintain a large archive collection of documents and memorabilia, and arrange social activities.
