The tom grahame trust was set up in memory of tommy grahame who died in december 2006 from a brain tumour, aged 6. Previously the trust funded 'tom's gift' which was a present for every child in the uk with a malignant brain tumour and research into childhood brain tumours. Now the the trust manages a playground at clyro church in wales primary school.
