The object of the cio is the restoration and preservation of wolfeton riding house for the benefit of the public. The riding house was listed as grade ii* on 26 january 1956 (entry number 1119102). The building is of national architectural and historic significance, being one of only six riding houses built in england for haute ecole dressage.
