We offer classes in meditation and buddhism both for buddhists and non-buddhists, in a way that is relevant to contemporary western life. We offer training for buddhist ordination, for those who ask for it, as well as applications of the buddha's teaching to promote the health and well-being of all. The centre is open to all. We welcome school groups.
