The organisation is set up to promote human rights, in particular the prevention of torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment by monitoring abuses of human rights,obtaining redress for the victims of human rights abuse ,relieving need among the victims of human rights abuse, educating the public about human rights,eliminating infringement of human rights.
