Members establish and run, within guidelines set by the trustees, a number of study groups covering a range of subjects and interests. There is also a regular monthly meeting open to all members at which talks are given on a variety of subjects. These activities enable members to learn by working together, sharing and developing their skills, and also assist in combatting social isolation
