Youth4youth connects young people through peer led mentoring, supporting them with a variety of topics that may be troubling them as they transition towards early adulthood. We encourage young people to reach out sooner in their mental health journey, whether that is to talk about their feelings, ongoing challenges and pressures, or direction in life so that they receive the reassurance they need.
